Quiet Expectations

I’m not a woman who asks for much.
I don’t chase labels, expensive gifts, or showy gestures.
I don’t need to be the center of every moment.
Just… a little time. A little presence.
To feel like I exist in the spaces I’ve made room for others in.

I’m simple in the ways that matter.
Not easy—
But simple.

I value consistency over chaos,
a thoughtful check-in over flashy distractions,
a few honest words over a pile of things I didn’t need.

Words mean more to me than what money can buy.
A sentence holds more weight than a price tag ever will.
Because it’s not about what you give—
It’s about what you meant when you gave it.

I don’t need everything.
But I notice when I’m given nothing.

Today…

Today isn’t a great day.
I’m in my head more than I want to be.

It was just a post—someone else’s words—but they stuck. Lit something in me I wish hadn’t sparked. Now my mind won’t shut up, spinning stories I can’t fact-check but feel too deeply anyway.

I start wondering if I’m just a pause, a filler, a space held warm until something else—someone else—falls into place.
It doesn’t make sense.
There’s been no lie. No shift. No change in tone or touch.
But the fear whispers anyway.

I hate that I do this.
Hate how easily I unravel over nothing more than a gut feeling with no ground beneath it.
But here I am.

Trying to quiet what won’t be quiet.
Trying not to let shadows feel like truth.

Between Four Walls

We don’t exist in daylight.
Not in grocery store lines or crowded streets.
Not in passing nods or casual invitations.
We are not allowed there.

You belong to a life
Of shared calendars and dinner tables.
And I—I answer to a life that looks stable,
But feels like suffocation.
We wear roles like armor,
Speak love in languages not meant for each other.

But here—
In this office, where the blinds stay drawn
And time bends around us—
We become real.
Your voice softens but commands when it’s only for me.
My hands tremble for all the right reasons.
No lies. Just the ache
Of a truth that doesn’t fit
Anywhere but here.

We text in the mornings.
Routines wrapped in longing.
Tiny rituals that tether us
While pretending we’re anchored elsewhere.

You come and go with caution.
Eyes alert. Steps measured.
Even the hallway
Feels like a confession
Waiting to be overheard.

And still—
I think about the day we’ll be in the same room,
Out there, among others.
How I’ll smile like you’re anyone,
While every cell in me begs to turn toward you.
My chest will tighten with every glance we don’t share.
I’ll hold my body like a secret,
Speak only in safe tones.
Not because I don’t want to reach for you—
But because guarding us
Is how I protect you.
How I protect me.
How I protect the us
That exists nowhere else.

We don’t hold hands in public.
We don’t risk the world noticing the gravity between us.
Even eye contact could unravel too much.
So we speak in code,
Live in the margins,
Never daring to spill into the daylight.

You leave first.
I stay behind in the stillness,
Wearing your absence like perfume.
We only exist
Between four walls.
But God, how we exist.

The Art of Caring: Too Much, Not Enough, and Just Right

There’s a quiet ache I’ve noticed in so many of the people I work with—and if I’m honest, in myself, too. In the kink world especially, we often walk the line between intense connection and emotional detachment. We build scenes full of sensation and power, yet still go home wondering if we were seen at all.

This piece is for anyone who’s ever felt like too much, not enough, or unsure where they stand. It’s about care—the real kind. The kind that makes you feel like you matter, even when you’re not actively serving or leading. Because in the end, it’s not always about love or commitment. Sometimes, it’s just about being remembered.
And that matters more than most people realize.

For those who live and love in the kink world

In kink, we talk a lot about limits. About trust. About consent, control, and power.

But we don’t always talk about care.

Not the aftercare checklist or the pre-scene negotiations—though those matter. This is about the quiet, everyday kind of care. The kind that lingers between scenes, in the text you send just to say “thinking of you.” The kind that doesn’t come with rules or rituals. The kind that simply says: you matter.

Because sometimes, that’s all a person really needs.

Not a collar. Not commitment.
Just to know they’re more than a body, more than a fantasy, more than a moment someone dips into and disappears from.

To know they matter—more than the noise around them.

Because silence can bruise, too.

There’s a particular kind of pain that comes when someone you’ve opened yourself to goes quiet. When the intensity dies down and the world moves on and you’re left wondering if it meant anything at all. You don’t need a promise. You don’t want to be claimed.
But you do want to be remembered.

Sometimes, we crave a simple kind of care:
Did you think of me today? Did I still exist in your world once the scene faded?

In kink, vulnerability is currency. But care is the exchange rate.

Submissives are often told to be strong but not needy, soft but not too soft. Dominants are expected to lead with unshakable confidence, yet also offer empathy without unraveling. The roles may shift, but the ache is universal:
See me. Feel me. Don’t forget me once you’ve had what you came for.

Care too much, and you’re “attached.”
Care too little, and you’re “cold.”
But somewhere in the middle is the magic—
where attention feels like a gift, not a transaction.
Where presence isn’t a power play, but a whisper: “You still matter to me.”

Caring doesn’t have to mean claiming.

We need to stop pretending that care must lead to commitment. Sometimes, it just leads to peace. A steadying of the breath. A quiet moment where someone touches your arm—not to bind it—but to remind you that you’re real.

That kind of care? It doesn’t control.
It doesn’t demand.
It simply remembers you.

So here’s what I wish someone had said sooner—maybe you need to hear it now:

You don’t have to kneel to be worthy.
You don’t have to dominate to deserve.
You don’t have to perform, prove, or pursue.

You matter.
Whether you’re in rope or in rest.
Whether you’re in control or letting go.
Whether you’re partnered or solo.
Whether you’re feeling confident or cracked open.

You matter.
Especially when you forget that you do.

And if no one’s reached out lately—let this be that moment.

You’re not invisible.
You’re not too much.
You’re not forgotten.

You are wanted in this world, in this community, in this moment.
Not for what you can give.
But because of who you are when all the roles fall away.

In this community, may we learn to care better.
Not harder. Not less. Just right.

Surrender to Sir

He steps into the room, a storm in his eyes,
Commanding the air, thick with heat, no disguise.
Leather and steel, laced with intent,
A predator’s hunger, darkly hell-bent.

He doesn’t ask—no need to plead,
He takes what’s his, plants the seed.
A whisper of warning, a growl in his throat,
Fingers like fire tracing a note.

A tilt of his head, a smirk at the chase,
Bound in his will, she falls into place.
His hands, like iron, sculpting control,
A thief in the night, devouring her whole.

Breath hitching sharp as he tightens the chain,
Her body a canvas, pleasure and pain.
He plays with the limits, teases, refines,
Until she is lost in the thrill of his binds.

No begging, no pleading, just silent consent,
A look, a sigh, a body hell-bent.
Sir takes what he wants, and she wants it too—
A prisoner of bliss in the world he drew.

Leather Worship

The hiss of leather, slow, controlled,
A promise whispered, hot and bold.
My breath is caught, my body tight,
A willing plaything for the night.

He wraps it ‘round His wicked palm,
A slow caress, both cruel and calm.
My knees go weak, my pulse ignites,
The air is thick with dark delights.

“Count for Me,” He murmurs low,
The belt is raised—I crave the blow.
First strike—sharp, electric heat,
My moan spills out, soft and sweet.

Again, again, I writhe, I burn,
Each snap a lesson, each welt I earn.
My skin now sings His symphony,
A melody of agony.

Tears may glisten, but not from woe,
I beg for more, He tells me, “No.”
A teasing smirk, a wicked hand,
I’m at His mercy—at command.

Leather laced with lust so cruel,
He wields it like a king, a rule.
Bound by touch, I crave, obey—
His toy, His art, His sweet ballet.

And when He’s done, when I’m laid bare,
Bruised and broken, gasping air—
He pulls me close, His voice like sin,
“Good girl—shall we begin again?”

Solitary Fire

In the quiet hours of longing,
I crave the tender weight of need—
to be worshipped like a sacred secret,
touched, explored, taken into an orbit
where passion is a promise, always kept.

Yet every dawn whispers a truth:
Men come as playful phantoms,
ephemeral and fleeting,
leaving traces of desire
that fade like stardust in the morning light.

I stand in the mirror of my yearning,
knowing that the day-to-day echoes
will never hold the consistency of devotion,
and in that solitude, I learn
the bittersweet art of self-embrace.

Even as fleeting shadows pass by,
I remain—a solitary fire
that burns for the beauty of being seen,
even if only by the transient glow
of a passing admirer.

If I Never Existed

In the quiet hollows of my mind,
I wander through empty echoes—
A shadow slipping past the light,
Fading into a void where no one cares.

If I vanished into thin air,
Would the world pause, or simply spin on?
No teardrop to mark my absence,
No whispered sorrow in the dark.

I feel like a forgotten name
In a book that time left unread,
A silent note in a symphony
That no one ever learns to hum.

In the stillness of midnight,
I ask the stars, “Do you see me?”
Yet even their cold glimmers
Offer no answer of mourning.

I am but a transient sigh,
A brief echo in an endless silence—
Wishing, perhaps, for a ripple
In a sea that carries me away.

Dark Fairytale, Twisted Fantasy

He was her dark fairytale,
all shadowed smiles and whispered spells,
a prince with a wicked touch,
laced in secrets she craved too much.

She was his twisted fantasy,
a siren draped in sin and silk,
a tempest wrapped in fire and lace,
leaving madness on his lips like milk.

Together, they made forbidden art,
a canvas of claw marks and shattered breath,
love laced with venom, kissed in blood,
dancing on the edge of life and death.

Night fell, their kingdom burned,
embers glowing in tangled sheets,
devotion dripping like sweet decay—
a love that ruined, a love complete.

Temptation’s Dance

Tempt her with lips like wildfire’s touch,
Soft yet searing, never too much.
A whisper of heat, a promise untold,
Passion ignites, fierce and bold.

Tease her with hands, firm yet slow,
Tracing secrets only skin can know.
Grip her desires in fingers tight,
Drawing moans in the hush of night.

Tantalize her with words so sweet,
Dripping sin, a honeyed treat.
Speak in tones that make her shiver,
A lover’s spell that makes her quiver.

Taste her gasp, her breath, her need,
A symphony of wicked deeds.
Savor the way she melts and bends,
Craving each touch that never ends.

Touch her in ways no soul has dared,
Fingertips mapping what none have bared.
Carve your name on satin skin,
Where ecstasy begins within.

Take her places she’s never known,
Beyond the flesh, past mind and bone.
A journey of lust, a realm so deep,
Where bodies burn and lovers weep.
